Governance

The governance of MORE Vaults and ERC-2535 can be set up to achieve configurations as diverse as treasury management, fund management, solo trading, ecosystem liquidity deployments and more.

Any address (wallet, multisig, contract, etc.) can hold any of the 3 roles. However, only the Vault Owner has the permission to update the addresses assigned to each role.

Vault Creator

MORE Vaults are created by a Vault Creator. In order for the vault to be created, the Vault Creator must assign at least 2 roles: Vault Owner and Curator.

Vault Owner

The Vault Owner is the MORE Vault admin and can modify any of the updatable parameters of the MORE Vault including all the permissions associated with curation.

Curator

Curators have the ability to add and remove facets. They can deposit to and withdraw from facets or migrate liquidity between them.

Guardian

The Guardian role is optional. The Guardian can either veto the decisions of a Curator or intervene to impede them within a predefined timeframe. This role serves as a safeguard against any malicious acts undertaken by the Curator.
